Soooo, I caved and ordered a cake, just because ...🙃 I have been wanting to try their cakes for a long time. It was sooooooooooo yummy!! Perfect size for a family of 3. We froze half sliced up and it was delicious too. Definitely going to order again.

Looked up best chocolate cakes in Toronto and found this place. Ordered it for my brother in law's birthday and it was a smash hit. Everyone loved it and it was the perfect size (with extra).

They were able to create a masterpiece cake for my Mothers birthday on short notice that not only was beautifully decorated but absolutely delicious!! Truly impressed by the high level of design, cake mastery, professionalism and compassion they showed, as all the guests were in awe of how it tasted and how gorgeous the cake was!!! Highly recommend

Love the cake that we ordered for my sister birthday. The taste was so good and rich in flavours. This was my first bakery to try outside home for cakes so full stars for the customer service, timely delivery and product quality and taste. Will highly recommend.

Not the best - something has changed. We recently purchased a cake we had to return as it was literally bland and had no flavour. Over Thanksgiving, we bought a Blueberry Pie that had leaked through the bottom of the box, sealing the pie to the cardboard box. Staff are disgruntled and seem to view customers as a rude intrusion in their day. Will look to Bobbette & Belle going forward for our cakes and pies.

Best bakery in Toronto! Amazing desserts, great service and friendly people. Their butter tarts are to die for and their cookies will have you wanting more! We had a specialty cake made and it was absolutely stunning and head turning. Can't wait to try more!

I love this place, great staff, always willing to go out of their way to help and deliver smiles. I'm hooked on their marble loaf and butter tarts...best in the city !!

What kind of business says “open until 4:30”, but then when you show up at 4:15 they’re already closed and long-gone? This kind, folks. I don’t make it a habit to call a store in advance and ask “hey are you still open?”, but with these guys, don’t even think about showing up before you call them first. Absolutely horrible business practice to shut your doors even a minute before your actual close time. You couldn’t offer me anything free to come back here

I work here and am impressed every day with the dedicattion and skill of the bakers. Everything is hand made and fresh, we get in fresh eggs, fresh cut apples, fresh milk, butter and cream. We are all incredibly proud of our baked treats.

Being a typical worry wart that I am, I was really stressed out about my wedding cake. I wanted something really, really nice...almost surreal...to reflect my wedding theme and my personality. These guys are the real deal! They handled my wedding cake so perfectly :) The first time I saw it, I couldn't stop watching with my face aglow,plus a feeling of warmth and pride sweeping through my whole being. Saying I was impressed is an understatement.

I wanted to indulge in some guilty pleasures so I decided to give myself a treat at Phipps desserts, and then I discovered that it wasn't so guilty as I soon discovered that they use natural ingredients without preservatives or additives. My first course was to taste one of the delectable cupcakes and I was stuck! It was so good, fluffy and nice to the touch, plus they have different gorgeous cake designs which I wouldn't miss for my birthday! With specialty treats and wedding cakes that are simply every bride's dream, Phipps deserts is where you get to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty about it.
